Announced visits to assist your managers

Audits are announced visits facilitating more complete inquiries and to allows access to restricted areas (back office, fire escapes, meeting rooms, VIP rooms and executive lounge) which guests would not normally have access to. Audits are generally completed in the company of a senior staff member – usually the GM and other HOD personnel. Audits often take place in conjunction with a mystery guest visit.  
A debrief meeting generally follows an audit or mystery guest visit where findings are discussed with the General Manager or Executive Assistant Manager.
